So glad you got to have a nice vacation , and are home safe and tired... good to have an extra day to recoup , Yes it has been hot here in the south ,breaking all time records here for last two days and they forecast two or three more record breaking days to come. Just chilled out with the family had a nice BBQ and beer today, I think a pool party is on tap for tomorrow, glad there are shade trees close , just cant get in the sun no more, have a good restful tomorrow.. Glad you had a good time (and survived the heat and humidity.) I went to college on the east coast of Florida in the mid-70s, back when Disney first opened. Back then it was just what is now called the "Magic Kingdom" of course, but I think I went there with company 6 times! Ten years after that , I lived in Ft. Lauderdale for 13 years. I actually didn't mind going Christmas shopping there since most of the ladies were not too bundled up, and bending over a lot. So yeah, thanks for the shout-out in the graphic. Sounds like a jolly good time in Orlando! It really is a great theme park, but Universal Studios is just as amazing! It truly is a happy place over there, and I'm glad you're having a great time these days. Cheers to you!

I'm thrilled that you and your daughter enjoyed a fantastic vacation. You commented in an earlier post that you "tweaked your back". How did it handle all the walking? I am just about to load my fitness tracker and add up all my steps. Going from an average of 600 per day, to close to 14000 was quite a shock to my system. Today was my 1st full day at home, and I didn't move far from my couch. Didn't even get dressed. The thought of doing yardwork upon my return, as you did - makes me tired, without even doing anything.
