You need to resample the gif to change the speed of it but there are some free tools available to help.... While a "relatively slow stroke at a rate of 3-4 seconds per cycle"* is good for both penetration and oral (anal too, especially as to facilitate) super-slow is more likely to result in reduced hardening.
