my pet peeve and a warning

to those that think they are safe

i see this and many forms of this post for those of you with this on your profile i ask
when you signed up... did you not read the terms and conditions
did you notice the box that said "i agree with the terms and conditions" that you had to check inorder for the next page to appear
did you notice the disclaimer that said " by using this site i agree to the terms and conditions of this site and its affiliates"

did you know that in order for an agreement to be legal and binding both parties have to agree to the terms
do you realize that your "legal warning" is in fact not a valid warning... but the agreement you agreed to is
therefore all images and information you publish here is theirs to share with almost anyone
good luck to those of you that feel safe

 I've seen people that post that in their profile. I always felt it was like a disinformation chain spam email, that just gets reposted and reposted, time and time again...
